Pharmacy staff is very helpful. I also like the new measures put in place to help keep our script information confidential. Thank you for thinking outside the box.
Pharmacists very patient and helpful. 4 stars instead of 5 because they just need CVS to give them more staff to help out with non-pharmacist duties. After school or work the 2 pharmacists are often the only ones there -- answering the phone, filling prescriptions, checking people out, administering vaccines. Even with all that going on, they're very good to the customers, but they should have help. That would also help customers and reduce wait time.
Calling CVS gives me a tension headache. It is an important call to pharmacy. It takes at least 10 minutes for the "computer guy" to connect your call. Something should be done about it. At the very least tell him Covid is over!
Being a healthcare professional myself, I cannot understand the staff at this pharmacy. They are the least helpful pharmacists I've ever dealt with. Every time you need to get anything, they look at you like you are just a nuisance they unwillingly must deal with (it's not like I am asking these ones to formulate some weird, specific compounds, I'm just trying to refill my pills). I had to recite and interiorize my hippocratic oath when I graduated from medical school, maybe pharmacists should do something similar.
