I have to order flowers from Down Under for my family in Mass and it's always a risk ordering from a website - but I have to say these were the most beautiful flowers I've ever ordered and the recipient was blown away! The bouquet was even more beautiful in person than what it looked like online. The beautiful owner took time to talk with me when I needed to be sure they would be delivered on time, the owner personally delivered the flowers! Communication was fantastic, service outstanding, and one of the most beautiful bouquets I ever purchased. I would highly recommend them to all and I know I will be using them again & again. Do NOT hesitate to use this wonderful, local shop with an owner and floral arranger who really cares :)

I have been going to Carroll's for almost 20 tears, usually when I do something to anger the wife. Pam has always created something that helps me get out of the doghouse. Last week, however, she totally out did herself. On 4 days notice, she created a magnificent bridal bouquet and a smaller bouquet for the daughter., My son & girlfriend decided that that must get married NOW and Pam came through beyond any possible expectations. The wedding was on Sunday,(the day they are closed), but she came in to get me the flowers so that they would be fresh for the ceremony. Wish there were more than 5 stars to award, this place has NEVER disappointed !

I had a last minute request from my son to help him order flowers for his girlfriend for the following day. Neither of them nor I are local to Beverly, MA and they were both in town for a show they are performing with. I truly did not expect to be able to find anyone on a Sunday that would be able to take an order and deliver it the same day on a weekend. He called me on Saturday after the shop had already closed so I had to hope and pray that I could get the help I needed on Sunday. I placed a call to Carroll's Florist in Beverly, MA at 385 Cabot Street on Sunday after they opened and spoke to Pamela. I explained my situation to her. She was more than willing to help me. My situation was that the flowers had to be delivered at a certain time since it was being delivered to a performance venue. I got word later on from my son that they were stuck in traffic on their charter bus and were running about 45 minutes late. I called Pamela back and asked to delay the delivery to him and she worked it out so that she was able to do that for me. The end result was a very happy guy with a very happy girlfriend. I ordered a dozen red long-stemmed roses and they were so beautiful!!

I called Carroll's on Thanksgiving morning to get a wrapped flower arrangement, and Pamela was extremely friendly and made a custom arrangement for me within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this place, always open and great service!

This place was a total lifesaver for Mother's Day this year! My mother hurt her back and was having a rough weekend, so I wanted to send her something nice but it was super last minute- 9am on Mother's Day, and my mom lives in a very inconvenient town to drive to. I really didn't think I'd find anything, and even when I found Carroll's and placed my order I half expected them to cancel it. But no, a very nice lady whose name I forgot (kicking myself!) called to let me know she could make the delivery same day. Mom loved the flowers, they are gorgeous! Beautiful arrangement and clearly handled with care- I will definitely be ordering again and recommending them. Thanks for making my mom's day!!
