If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I place an order on Saturday so my mother would get her flowers for Mother’s Day on Sunday. It was 4 pm on Sunday and I called asking an update in regards my order the young lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful she try I guess to get in contact with the driver I guess she wasn’t able to or they were closing up because I never got a call back. Today I called to request a refund since my mother did not get the flowers she was home all day and did not even get a call or anything. I called today and this old man Nick was very rude he asked me to call in 15 m because he told me he was busy at the moment so I was like ok I’ll call later, I called later again very rude I explained the situation gave him the order number he told me he’s would give a call in 10 m never did so I called him 35 m later asking for an update, at this point he was being mean and rude he told me that I was being impatient he also told me that he doesn’t have time to be checking. Also the way he was talking to me was very rude, I told him that I was calling because I place the order Saturday and obviously I did not get the flowers and instead of offering a solution he’s being rude. I asked for an email confirming that I would get a refund because at this point I don’t trust them anymore and their customer service sucks. All the time I was talking to Nick I was being nice and calmly there was absolutely no reason for him to be rude. He needs to take customer service training. I really hope o get a refund!! Please do better and Nick stop being rude!! Every time I order flowers for my mother from another place she would always get a call and great customer service but this time I wanted to try something new and it was a very bad experience.

I have ordered a beautiful " breathless bouquet" for pick up. I ordered the Deluxe, the bigger bouquet. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up, it was something different from what I ordered. The flowers in the pictures were not all there, and I asked the man and a lady who worked there and said they didn't have those flowers. When I asked that that's not the vase shown in the picture, he also said he didn't have it. When I asked about the gift message that I wrote online to go with the flowers, he said he doesn't do that to write it myself on the small cards he had in the front. Everything was different, I paid more than 100 for something I did not order and did not like. I would never order from this place. I had to go to a different place after and order flowers because the ones they made didn't meet my expectations. I don't know why he didn't cancel my order if he didn't had the correct flowers, and vase or why didn't call me to ask me if it was okay to change the order for something else. Instead, they decided to do whatever they pleased in order to get the order done and received the money.
Update: They deserve 0 stars. Very unprofessional, they were upset that I gave an honest review AFTER reaching out for a whole day with no resolution and decided to curse at me and say they will do nothing about it. I get flowers often and this is the absolute worse flower shop in Boston. As you’ll see in the pics, they delivered something that looked nothing at all like the website. The bouquet was so “kid-like”. When I reached out to them they didn’t bother to offer any type of recovery. Kept telling me to email pics and “they’d call back” never got the call back. Horribly run establishment. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You’re been warned. Go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing and actually have professional integrity, there are so many other places in the area that do.
I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a large Bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend going in for surgery. I asked for ALL peonies. Nick told me that it would be more expensive as peonies are expensive. I said ok. He confirmed that he would do peonies and hydrangea. For a $220 bouquet, there was one single peony. I tried to contact him and see what happened. He never got back to me once he asked for a picture of the bouquet. He did however deliver it the same day which I did appreciate. Just wish it was what I ordered.
