I had a very bad experience with Nancy in the development of my private home garden. She was rude, belittling, passed blame on me the customer and repeatedly told me I was not a responsible gardener. I engaged her to clean and develop my garden. She came and cleaned out the existing which was done effectively (about the only credit I’ll give to her) that she charged me $1k+ for. Cleaning was step 1. Step 2 was the planting of a new garden. She then didn’t return for a month+ and sent abusive text messages to me in response to my professionally oriented text messages asking for updates and holding her accountable to complete the job. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone. W/RESPONSE TO OWNER NANCY's TASTELESS RESPONSE: Nancy, I didn't write this review to hurt anyone. I wrote it to communicate a buyer beware for future customers who potentially engage you as a provider. I think future customers can distill from your tone and approach and make up their own mind. Goodness gracious...none of the accusations you make about my ability to care for the garden are true. I watered the garden daily with my four children and it became part of my young son Henry's daily routine who is autistic and found the responsibility to be a fun after school activity.
Flores Mantilla does great work! The owner Nancy has worked with me over the last five years to make my patio gardens exactly how I want them. Beautiful store, good customer service. Five stars isn't enough! Always returning to them!
Super friendly and knowledgeable! Came in looking for low maintenance plants. They had a great selection and made the perfect suggestions to fit our needs.
i wish i could swear on this post but i was raised christian and was told not to swear on these minecraft servers. these flowers literally were pulled from the garden of eden itself and made my two wives fight over their engagement ring
I spoke to Sasha on the phone briefly and they were super kind and helpful! I'm looking for an out of season flower and they kindly explained that they unfortunately do not have it yet, but directed me to places that might! Will definitely be using them in the future (and familiarizing myself with New England's flower seasons)
