I needed last-minute gift baskets and found KJ Paula Gift Baskets online. The professionalism and service were beyond great! I called on the Sunday before Christmas with low hopes that I could have multiple baskets made and delivered before the Holiday. To my surprise, the owner Pauline assured me she would get them done and hand-delivered to my office before noon in just a day and a half! (Tuesday). Highly recommend KJ to anyone looking for a place that takes pride and dedication to their customers and products.

Pauline went above and beyond in working with me to personalize a basket for our friend who was staying at a nearby hotel while her husband was in the hospital. Unbeknownst to us at the time of placing the order, our friend had checked out of the hotel at the time the basket was delivered, and was staying with him at the hospital! So when Pauline delivered the basket to the hotel and found out our friend had checked out, she called me to ask what to do. I told her that she was now at the hospital and could she deliver it there, to the nurses station for our friend to enjoy. Pauline said yes, and did just that. She was super kind and considerate through the entire transaction and was interested in making it all turn out well. This lady’s business is the personification of ‘customer service’ and she truly cares about the experience of both the purchaser and recipient of her gift baskets.
