Micro Plant Studio

Prior to arranging an in-home consultation with Julio in December 2024, I had only ever possessed a snake plant and bamboo, neither of which I was able to care for properly over the long term. Julio came to my condo and made suggestions for several different plant types, based on my preferences of locations, availability of natural light and ease of care. A couple of weeks later I visited his wonderful shop in Southie, where I was able to peruse is impressive selection of plants, as well as planters/containers. More than a year later, I am happy to report that the plants are all thriving, mostly in part to the very detailed care instructions Julio provided at initial purchase, but he has also been wonderful with additional care advice through occasional texts and a few visits to his shop. He truly cares about his customers, as well as his plants, obviously. I haven’t purchased any of his floral arrangements but I have seen them when I’m visiting the shop and they are also stunning. Julio is very talented, committed to his business and his clientele, as well as his community, and most importantly he’s simply a good human being. I cannot recommend Micro Plant Studio enough for any of your plant or flower needs. Definitely go check it out!

Highly recommend! Julio was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things plants. I came into the store for some bigger houseplants and he helped me pick out the plants and pots. He potted the plants for me and added nice stones to the pots also. He delivered them the next day to my condo! 10/10 excellent experience.

Customer service is alive and thriving at Micro Plant Studio at 365 West Broadway, Boston, MA 02127. I received a floral gift on Friday, February 13th. I was disappointed in the quality of the arrangement. The gift was delivered through Door Dash. Being Valentine's Day weekend, I knew that the shop would be busy. I waited until Monday afternoon to reach out to Micro Plant to let them know that the flowers were less than the quality I knew they were known for. Within 30 minutes of my reaching out, the owner, Julio contacted me. He assured me that quality is paramount to him. I was not asking for anything. I just wanted to let him know that between his shop and my house, something happened to my gift. He apologized profusely and wanted to make it right. A little after 7 this morning, Julio was at my front door with a gorgeous rose arrangement and an apology. I was surprised to say the least. Julio takes amazing pride in his work and it shows. By the way, I do not live in the city and his kind gesture meant a drive on the expressway during rush hour. I whole heartedly recommend Micro Plant Studios for your floral and unique gift needs. Beautiful gifts and an owner who goes so far beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I'm happy and can't thank Julio enough as I look at my gorgeous flowers that have brightened up this dreary cold day.

Julio prepared an amazing arrangement for my proposal and was incredibly helpful every step of the way! He went way above and beyond what I was expecting when initially reaching out and am really glad I chose Micro Plant Studio for the occasion. I ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday party. With this being my first order from Micro Plant Studio, I didn't know what to expect. Well, I was blown away by the bouquet. Julio put a lot of love into the arrangement and did an exceptional job! He even packaged everything nicely so I could carry it on the subway. Thank you!
