I took the three week Concentrated Floral Class which was a great experience overall! I still can’t believe how much I learned and accomplished in such a short period of time. Dr. Steve is extremely intelligent and enthusiastic when it comes to floral design and it shows. I definitely recommend Rittner’s Floral School for anyone interested in pursuing floral education and having fun along the way!
Dr. Rittner's decades of experience are a valuable resource for anyone wanting a solid foundation in floral design and mechanics. He teaches tried and true as well as current designs. The three week intensive provided the knowledge I need for my work in a downtown cathedral setting.
I just completed the Amazing Floral Design Week and loved it!! Dr. Steve has a wonderful wealth of knowledge in the floral field that comes from being in the business for three generations, witnessing his grandfather and father service the floral needs of customers and teaching others the art of floral design and business ownership. This class will prepare you to enjoy designing for your home, paties, friends all the way to events and store ownership.
I recently completed the Amazing One Week Floral Design course and I agree, it was Amazing! Dr. Steve is so knowledgeable, he works with you to help you understand techniques, the industry, and you have a wonderful time creating impressive arrangements. I would suggest this or any of his classes to everyone.
i took a 5 day course on flower design here with doctor steve. My experience surpassed all my expectations, steve is as informative as he is charming and entertaining. I left with a completely different view of flowers, art and arrangement's. I am not completely able to turn $50 of trader joes florals into professional quality arrangements that will last longer and look like i spent hundreds of dollars on. on top of that the class was a wonderful atmosphere for creativity and all skill levels. I hope i can partake in one of his upcoming "fun with flowers" 1 day workshops. one of my favorite learning experiences to date.
