I had a really good experience. I had a personal stylist: Carole Z, she helped me pick out my wardrobe for work. Although it was a busy Saturday we got the job done in under an hour and I feel so much more relieved!! She's absolutely the best.

I visited it during Black Friday; there were popular items at a good price.

I came in today after being texted by Nadira a few days ago to attend their Spritz and Slay event at the MAC counter. I just wanted to shout her out for color matching me and helping me with makeup techniques. It meant a lot to me that this location has events and let's customers know about them. I come from a strong retail background in makeup and wanted to compliment the whole MAC team for always going above and beyond and showing the world what customer service should be like. From someone in the makeup industry, it's nice to be able to sit down with someone and get a consultation, especially a time in my life where I have been in between jobs and trying to get my life back after working in a toxic environment. It's the little things that really count and I hope you guys know how special I felt in your store after surviving one of the hardest times in my life. You're whole team is excellent I can't wait to be contacted for the next event it made me remember why I started working in the beauty industry.

I went into this adventure with some dread, but I had a wonderful time! Parking no problem, the layout of the store was very nice and organized even with christmas shopping...the ladies gently introducing their fragrances were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I had a lovely experience.

I visited to get a bottle of Muglers Angel(a high end perfume), and the workers in the perfume section were so aggressive I literally left. Like, i found what I was looking for, and they had it locked in a case so I had to speak to someone. And the whole time this lady was literally standing right next to me staring at me! I just wanted to think about it a bit and sample their new lines, I'm super indecisive, but she was being so oppressive! I literally couldn't look at anything without her trying to "sell it" to me. Just leave me alone! I hate places like this! Next time I'm just going to Nordstrom where the bottles are just on a shelf and you can grab it and walk up to the counter at your own pace and convenience! This was an extremely frustrating experience. I 100 percent would have bought something if she wasn't down my throat the entire time...... and I was with my boyfriend on a date! And even he felt uncomfortable..... like these people need to calm down....
