Bridgewater Florist

Ordered this Succulent Terrarium from 1-800-Flowers. Received this limp, broken, spotted and sad plant. I didn't realize that 1-800-Flowers chooses the worse, cheapest florists. The woman that answered the phone told me that the distributor that they use is closed so they had to provide what they had available. Um $90.00 for something I didn't order. Ridiculous. What a scam! They chose to replace the arrangement with one they picked for me without notifying me! You be the judge. 12/30/25 Addendum - I don't care what the process is. I ordered a product that you couldn't fill and replaced with a DYING, WILTED, ICE DAMAGED PLANT. The fact that this plant was delivered without any quality control on your end is inexcusable. This plant should never have been delivered in that condition even if it wasn't something I ordered. There is no defense on your part. The only way I knew this plant came from you was the card that arrived with the plant. The 1.6 rating from you clients across the board is very telling don't you think? There was no option for 0 reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would…calling yourself a florist with the arrangement I received is laughable. Birthday flowers were so disappointing that the sender reordered what’s considered AN ACTUAL BOUQUET from a florist. *1st photo from Bridgewater Florist 2nd photo, new bouquet, same day from a florist that cares. The second floral arrangement was actually cheaper than what was sent the first time. Please reconsider if you want wilted funeral flowers or a real happy bouquet prior to ordering.

$95 flower order was never delivered for Valentine’s Day. Have reached out to Eddie via email three times since he last replied. He assured me on Tuesday evening he would look into it “first thing tomorrow morning”, I’m writing this on Thursday evening with no reply and the money still gone from my account. This review will stay here until somebody gets back to me regarding a refund.

genuinely the worst flowers I have ever received in my life. do NOT order from here and do NOT order from FTD flowers if you are in the Boston area as they will send you these! They are horribly wilted, and I could have done a MUCH better job just going to trader joes! My trader joes arrangements are WORLDS better than this. I am honestly shocked they are still in business, they absolutely should not be. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from here.

OMG! What an absolutely horrible experience! 🤬 Do NOT use this place. I ordered flowers costing$110 to be delivered, as a surprise. When I didn't hear from the person that they were surprised I called to check, and there was no delivery. Surprise blown. So I drive to the shop the next day, Christmas Eve. I was met by a woman playing something on her phone at full volume making it difficult to communicate. I asked about the non-delivery, and she said we were busy yesterday and it didn't get done. I said, well this is at least the 3rd follow-up of an order. She accused me of a bad attitude, she claimed that it wasn't her fault and said why did you use the store again (good question and that won't happen again). Since I had already taken time off work I decided to wait and 25 minutes later I got the flowers and a brush off. I said, wait a minute I want the delivery charge and driver tip. They said they would do it later. I expressed that the whole experience was horrible and that led to the store manager screaming at me using 4 letter words and insults, telling me that I don't know what's going on in her life. Sorry your life is a mess but given the attitude, the foul language and insults I'm not surprised. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. POOR SERVICE. AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.
