The Children's Place

Recently had the pleasure of shopping at The Children’s Place, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Kiaraliz Pinet. From the moment I walked through the door, Kiaraliz greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome, helped me look for the best outfits for my great grandchildren. I’m not up to trends and styles so she was very helpful! Very good add to the team in Brockton!

Amazing staff and so many options for your kids. I went in for a last minute gift and i was helped by Brianna who was so wonderful, easy going and knowledgeable. I’ve shopped at this location in the past but, when I went in recently the store is different and I mean that in a good way. The store is clean and organized. Also the staff are all new and so much friendlier. If I can give it 6 stars I would.

I had a good experience with the general manager at the children’s place. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect outfit for my little sisters birthday. She took time understanding what I am looking for, provided recommendations and made shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

I went to this store about two weeks ago with my two small children and as I was looking for items one of the sales woman came behind me sighed then proceeded to straighten up clothes as if she was aggravated. She didn't say hi ..how are you doing nothing. So apparently if you are having a bad day you shouldn't take that out on the customer. Then she went to go on the register because the lines was backing up and my son was jumping up and hit the sign next to the entrance and before I can tell him don't do that I hear her voice yelling from the register stop that. I told her politely that you don't have to say anything to my child and she looked dead at me and said Thank you as if she was doing me a favor. Just Rude as the come. I was so up set I left that store and will not be shopping at this location ever again. Now I'm sure at this type of place you see all types of children who come in there all the time running and jumping because I know I do and if she can't handle that FIND ANOTHER JOB!! I feel like that white woman was targeting me from the beginning. This is no way to treat customers. Please train that associate better. I wish I could have got her name and spoke to the manger. I was just so upset because I come to this location all the time because it is close and never experience that from the other associates. Later that week I went to the Dedham MA location and was treated much much better from the moment I walked in until I left.

I went in there with my mom to shop for my little brother birthday and the store manager was very kind, and patient with us.The store was very clean n well organized too. I would definitely be going back soon!!!
