Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day this year. Called in a few days early and asked for a few specific species to not be in the bouquet as my mother has cats. Lady on the phone was very rude but eventually agreed - lo and behold, the flowers arrived to my mother a day earlier than we’d requested, and the bouquet had several flowers I’d specifically asked to be omitted.
The flower arrangement I sent to my daughter was absolutely beautiful—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly arranged. She loved it! The staff was so pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Wonderful service and stunning flowers!

We first used Burlington Florist 25 years ago when our daughter and family moved close to them. The flowers are always fresh and arrangements pretty. Their delivery service is spot on; the personnel pleasant, helpful and responsive. This time we ordered the "deal of the day", where they pick the flowers and arrangement. Our daughter was as pleased as always, promptly sending a photo of the arrangement to us. Another 5/5, we were not disappointed and will continue to use them as well as recommend them!
