Given Erwin Florist

Cindy from Given Erwin is the best out there! We were looking for flowers to put on top of two headstones and had called around to many, many florists before finding Given Erwin. To get the flowers to stay on top of headstones we needed gravestone “huggers”. Florists don’t generally carry these in their stores and so the many other florists we called couldn’t accommodate our vision. Cindy, on the other hand, went out of her way to make these tombstone flowers out of this world exceptional! Within an hour of calling Cindy, she was on her way to a store to pick up these gravestone huggers! Then we had a quick conversation and I shared a couple photos over text to decide on the floral components. She knew her stuff and offered everything at a reasonable price and under budget. You can see the photos for how amazing everything came out and her attention to detail!! **Now the reason everything came out so beautifully is because Cindy took it upon herself to go out to the cemetery and measure the tombstones precisely, since I only had estimates and the huggers needed to fit perfectly. On top of that, on the day of our burial, Cindy went before the service started and set up the flowers so everything was absolutely perfect when we arrived. Finally, we would’ve liked to have incorporated coleus leaves, some of my deceased Dad’s favorite plants, in the arrangement but Cindy advised that they do not last long out of soil so we decided not to include them. But, she did surprise us with a pot of beautiful coleus for us to take home to remember Dad.** All in all, Cindy is an expert at her craft and a truly amazing person to work with. Highly, highly recommend for whatever your project is. And we will only be ordering flowers from Given Erwin in the future. Thank you Cindy!

Cindy was amazing! I wanted a bouquet that felt happy and bright, not a typical sympathy arrangement, and she understood exactly what I meant! She took her time, listened, and created something truly unique. Her passion shows in every detail, and the bouquet genuinely lifted the room at a sorrowful time. I called Given Erwin Florist this morning about sending a plant to a close friend who is recovering from surgery at Lahey Hospital. Cindy answered my call and was a wonderful combination of being pleasant, patient and most helpful. She updated me on what flowering plants are available now that my friend could take home when he leaves the hospital. We agreed on a selection of orchids which she picked up for me and had delivered to the hospital within just a few hours. It was a pleasant and calming experience and my friend and his family love the arrangement!

I wanted to get a small bouquet for my partner and Given Erwin did such an amazing job! I walked in without any prior notice, but they were very happy to work with me to arrange a bouquet in the basket I brought - within a few minutes I had a stunning bouquet! The owner was very friendly and gave me a super fair price as well, highly recommend :)

I called Given Erwin on a Sunday morning to put together an anniversary bouquet for my wife that same day. Within a couple of hours, I received this beautiful arrangement on our doorstep.
