Blake in men’s fashion hooked me up with a tux for a formal event I had coming up. He was super knowledgeable, had a great personality and was extremely helpful in putting the whole ensemble together. Really did a great job in guiding me to what I needed. I’ll definitely work with him again in the future. If you need any help with an outfit for a special occasion go to Blake. He’s the best!

Came in for a last minute gift at the fragrance counter and April was absolutely amazing! She was helpful, had a great sense of humor and was extremely knowledable in perfumes. She's a great asset to the company. I'd come back and visit her whenever

I love Nordstrom but this location does not have ANY men’s pants or jeans in size 30 length! I went through so many racks and displays looking before I asked the two customer service reps who were at the register who confirmed that they don’t have pants in that length and did not know why. I would not have driven 40 minutes if I had known this. Big minus for this store. Whoever does the buying AND managing of this store needs to reevaluate this decision. I bought two shirts here but I really wanted some jeans/pants.

I was able to have Arpyle reach out to the store manager and issue got resolved. SHE IS TRULY THE BEST. To begin, I would like to express my admiration for Arpyle’s exceptional sales acumen. Over the years, I have consistently relied on her expertise and have always been impressed by her performance. Recently, I visited the store to purchase a selection of niche fragrances, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had spent over $1,000 during the ongoing 15% discount sale. While I have missed this promotion in the past, it is typically honored when it concludes. However, the new store manager has declined to honor it. I have encountered this situation before, and the store has always honored the promotion without any issues.

I’m truly happy to share this experience. Nordstrom offers a free personal styling service, and yesterday I tried it at Burlington Mall. My stylist was Marlin Cardenas, and she was absolutely wonderful—kind, prepared, and fully present. She gave me her full attention for an entire hour, with genuine care and support. If you’re like me and sometimes feel unsure about how to choose clothes that really suit you, I highly recommend booking this service through the Nordstrom website. It’s not just about clothes—it’s about confidence. You might be surprised by how much of a difference the right guidance can make.
