I had such an easy, stress-free customer experience with Floral Scents. I simply ordered online and got to pick from a selection of beautiful options. I wanted to send my mother something special on her birthday since I could not be there with her due to COVID-19. The flowers look gorgeous and showed up on time. My mother was so happy and they made her birthday a little more colorful. I am glad there was an option to have a balloon delivered as well. I was notified by the company when the delivery was successful. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend to friends. (:
