If you are black don’t even bother they follow around the store.. they are rude and have condescending tones while talking to you it has happened 3 times in two weeks because i was there to purchase and return school uniforms..i just made a return today and wanted the money to go towards the purchase i was going to make and the rude cashier didnt even let me make that choice and went ahead and lied that she asked me.. going to old navy or target
Avoid this store. The workers absolutely DO NOT care about their jobs or the store. A huge portion of clothing don't even have price tags. They don't even bother to put out the advertised sales online out on the floor. They'll talk to each other vs being of ANY help. In all honesty this company should close this store down for a bit. Fire EVERYONE so a new crew with better work ethic can be found. It'd make them more money on the long run as people avoid this store like the plague in Chelsea due to the workers.
I went to this store for the first time and Diana was really sweet, she really help me with everything I need it. The store it’s nice and organized. I would say costumer service is great.
I was going to buy few items…. I did not because of the customer service. Very rude employees… if you don’t like to speak to people please works as customer service… that’s it… such a waste of time… don’t recommend at all … …never going back and not anyone I know will go there
