I can’t say enough good things about J & M Flowers! Mary and her team do such an incredible job. Their arrangements are absolutely stunning and made with the freshest flowers. If you’re looking for top-tier quality and a personal touch in the North Shore, this is the place to go.
Wow!!! Gift basket was spectacular! Friend sent pics because she was so stunned with the variety and amount of foods, the freshness of the fruit and the attention to detail. Mary was incredibly helpful with my questions and in selecting the right basket & message. The delivery person even made it through several dark flights of stairs like a champ. Given the quality of the product, the price was more than fair. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
I had requested an amazing basket to be made with the “WowFactor” I was charged $400.00 plus tax and delivery charge totaling $446.25. The basket was filled with straw to the brim and had very few items in it (see pictures)… Definitely not worth the $400 plus price tag. I will not shop here again in the future…very disappointed as I did not get the “Wow Factor” for such an expensive basket…BUYER BEWARE!!

I can not say enough great things about my experience. I had plans change last minute and needed a very special basket delivered in record time. Not only did they personally go out of their way to shop and find very specific items that made my basket magical, but from the moment they answered the phone to the time they delivered on time, I felt they truly cared about my special occasion and making sure everything I needed was exceeded. The bonus was the amount of quality products which was exceptional and the price beyond reasonable. This type of service is so hard to find now a days and I can not thank Mary and the entire team enough for everything! I will be a loyal customer for life.
