I have never left a review for a grocery store but this isn’t really for the store - it’s for the cashier, Jason. He was so kind & helped me with the Star Market app. He was patient, gracious & answered all my questions. I hope the right manager reads this, so he can receive the recognition he deserves.
Aoife and kailynn were so accommodating and super sweet and made me laugh my whole existence give them a rise also the produce department was the cleanest thing I ever damn near seen Eddie was super nice and also needs a raise and the Santa on Christmas made my sister so happy whoever did that made my baby proud
It feels like heaven in here the allergy pills and deodorant are not behind glass. Everything is accessible it's the like the early 2000s in here. Great staff friendly people great produce.
Wonderful produce section everyone was very kind and front service was exquisite especially devin super helpful on self checkout. Although some of the cashiers are very rude overall great experience
I am a regular customer at Dedham Star Market. When you have a sale in the meat department, there is usually little or no sale product to be found. When you do find it, there is unacceptable fat trim left on. (Such as eye round roast beef, lamb chops, pork chops, etc). I was in the Gloucester, MA Shaws yesterday and there were plentiful eye rounds in the case with a very fair trim. Why isn’t the Dedham store like that. The Dedham store makes it very difficult for a good customer to take advantage of a sale. I have attached a picture of the Gloucester store’s eye round sale yesterday I have also added pictures of the Dedham Star Market case for comparison.
