I ordered flowers online for a family member. I called the shop when at 5:30 pm because they hadn’t been delivered. It turned out that the online order never got into their system. I ordered a $100 bouquet. She delivered a $175 bouquet on that same day. She also offered 10% discount on a future order. I love companies that take pride in their business and will remedy situations that arise. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you so much for making my relative extremely happy!!

There was some confusion with a misspelled name (error on my part), and they called me as well as the funeral home to double check that the order is for the correct recipient.
