I regret putting up a good word about this supermarket!, they really really suck. It's the customer service. These people and is not one is another of them come to work miserable with an attitude as soon as they start to charge. I said these people because misery needs company. It's why they miserable coming to work.
Wicked clean, organized, quiet and large. Friendly staff. Parking lot is the size of a swimming pool however.
Hire more cashiers. Only one person helping those with full carts, and the self checkout is also unnecessary long. Hire 2-3 extra people. It's frustrating to have to wait or do the checkout of 20 items yourself. Don't be cheap, hire more cashiers and offer a better experience
If you want to Food shop at Shaw's just take the 32 Wolcott Bus from Forest Hills Station. This bus drops you directly beside the store only a few seconds from entering. The bus stop is just a minute going back to Forest Hills and you can go out the way same you entered.
Amazing customer service. Had an issue with the delivery of a flower arrangement. Had difficulty communicating with online business I had ordered them through. Ended up speaking with the management team at Stat on River Street in Boston who not only understood the problem but addressed it and resolved it immediately. It’s so nice when problems are resolved perfectly. Will write a letter to customer service on Monday thanking Ian again. Tough job running a supermarket with so many moving parts and people. Thanks again for your help Ian.
