Shaw's

I haven't been in this Shaws for many years. This visit I just popped in there with a friend to grab a few things, and I was very pleasantly surprised how clean and organized the place was, the produce aisle looked like someone took time to arrange it neatly, the produce looked so fresh and delicious. The rest of the store followed as I saw everything clearly, could find everything I needed easily. There was not a crowd and they had everything I needed. I will definitely be returning to shop here.

Please stay away from their hot food near the deli. I bought the 8-piece fried hot chicken on February 28, 2026 and have had severe food poisoning a few hours after ingesting. That was the only meal I ate that day after going grocery shopping. I was hospitalized and my partner and I are still undergoing awful symptoms days later. I spoke with the young manager and he did not offer an apology and seemed to not take this matter serious.

Absolutely unacceptable — worst experience This was an unacceptable experience with Shaw’s from start to finish. I paid an extra $10 for a guaranteed delivery window (3–4 PM) and the order didn’t arrive until after 8 PM, more than 4 hours late. No explanation, no update — we had to call the store ourselves to find out what was happening. On top of that, the produce was disgusting. The pears, cucumbers, and avocados were rotten and damaged. The pear in the photo was bruised, leaking, and clearly should have been thrown away, not delivered to a customer. Charging extra for a delivery time you don’t honor and then sending spoiled food shows complete disregard for customers. This is a waste of money and time. I will not be ordering produce from Shaw’s again unless this is addressed properly.

Great store and i know alot of the employees there all great people but today , a young female cashier asked a male cashier for an override or something and he was very nasty to her and began arguing with her in front of customers. They female cashier just went I'm and finished ringing up her customer that was in front of me. This male cashier James is not a good guy at all. No need to be nasty and then argue with the other cashier.

I usually don’t rate stores I’ve never been in, but I do pass the store every day and I will say parking can be tough at times, but that’s expected in busier areas. They do a great job keeping keeping the front clear for vehicles to pass through, they don’t have carts everywhere etc. if I needed groceries around the time I’m in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop and go in. Keep up the good parking lot “Control” and Pedestrian Safety!
