Alexis who works in Online pickup (she has tattoos) she is so considerate and has such good customer service that I had to write a review because she consistent. People like her deserve credit for who they are

This nostalgic Stop & Shop provides customers with a wide array of their grocery needs. It closes pretty late, allowing even the most late night shoppers to get whatever they need. Store is clean, if not a little outdated and prices are decent. Overall, if you need a quick stop to get groceries, this Stop & Shop has your back!

The service with pick up order was good but the customer service representative named Blanca was rude and providing wrong information with kind of indifferent, she said currency exchange is not provided in the store, then I explain is done trough Western Union, the she said the system was down when she doesn’t even turned on the computer. Terrible service from her.

Brain the manager of this stop & shop will watch and follow you through the whole store all the way till check out just because he thinks you are stealing. He will make you feel uncomfortable with dirty looks and stares. I will from now on be spending my money across the street at the big Y where you feel welcomed.

Today, I visited store #61, North Main Street, E. longmeadow, Ma. I used the scan-it device. Which is supposed to be for the customer's convenience. I was unable to complete my shopping experience again. I was stopped at the register because I was "randomly" selected for the 3rd time (in a row). Again, I was not only embarrassed, but extremely insulted for the 3rd time. I have decided that Stop & Shop will no longer get my business. My money spends in other stores just as well. Whether I use my phone or the scan-it service, I've been stopped to re-scan my items. What i thought was supposed be to my advantage of convenience continually turns out to be extremely insulting. I only had 9 or 10 items totaling about $40.00. In other words, not enough to experience handcuffs at my age. Although this store is conveniently located to my living area, I must feel appreciated when I spend my little money. I say little because I am retired and almost 70 yrs old. I don't need to continually experience this any longer, especially at my age! Good Bye Stop & Shop! You have literally turned convenience into a nightmare for me.
