Kohl's

If I could give this store a 0 star, I would. Lines are lined up with over 30 + customers with only 2 to 3 registers opened. Why? Make life easier for you and make the customers happy by opening more registers. Better yet, be like all the new stores now and have a self checkout. Sadly it feels like the DMV moves much quicker then this store. Where are the managers or supervisors? Where are the staff? Please get it together or you will continue to lose more customers who would rather drive an additional 20 mins just to get better quality service.

I absolutely hate coming to this Kohl's. Unfortunately it is the closest location to me that takes Amazon returns and pretty much the only time I am in the store is because I need to drop something off. That is literally the only thing they have going for them. Dealing with the messy store, a lack of customer service, having to flag down employees who make great efforts to avoid having to help people are all reasons why I hate it. Today, a nice jacket caught my eye after I returned something and so I picked it up and grabbed a belt and a set of pacifiers dor my new born. My jaw dropped when I saw that the line was backed up to the men's section There were at least 50 people in line when I first got in. Right now I am currently in line. I got in it when it was backed up to the men's section and have been crawling forward for the last 20 min. Given that there are at least 25 more customers in front of me and they only have two registers on, I expect I will be waiting for another 30 min. There are plenty of other employees walking around the store but for aome reason they haven't opened any more registers. To me, this all reeks of severe mismanagement and absolutely no regard for the customer experience. Seriously, you could do so well if you just tried. I have no ideas how Kohl's are elsewhere but if it has any chance of being like this one, I think I will just avoid going to any Kohl's because of how badly my experiences here have soured the reputation of this chain. Please do not reply to my review with hollow words. Seriously, if you do I know you did not even read the whole thing. The only way I will update this is if I notice an actual change in how this store is managed.

This is my second time being treated like I am a ghost in this store. I came here with my mom and there was no one at the Sephora counter so I went to the register to request help. When an employee came back she helped the lady behind me even though I was in line first. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store where I have been ignored as an African American women.it seems to be a trend at this store because I did inform the manager Lorraine and she did not react or acknowledged me. As a POC I do not recommend spending your hard earned money here, there are no repercussions for these employees actions

I took a break from buying everything online and decided to walk into a Kohl's. To my surprise people actually work in this place and ready to help. I'm not going to lie, I had a great customer service experience and don't be surprised if I start collecting those Kohl's dollars that I see all over my auntie's kitchen tables. Great job Kohl's!

The line in this store is consistently long, 30 people in line right now. I blurred out faces but you get the idea in the pic. Get it together!
