I began buying from Fall River Florist Supply over 34 years ago. They carry quality products and and will work with you if you need specialty items. They carry beautiful fresh flowers from all over the world. Their supplies are top notch and the plants offerings are plentiful and healthy. In my experience, I see professionals doing their best to deliver wonderful products to customers all over New England & NY. Flowers & plants are perishable; therefore problems can occur. I've found the salespeople to be helpful and friendly when there have been issues. I highly recommend Fall River Florist Supply to anyone working in this industry.

Deserve 0 stars. Customer service is horrendous; folks at the checkout desk are rude, unhelpful & filled with attitude. Often end up waiting 30 minutes just for an order that was ordered a week before pickup. There’s a New cashier every couple months, the newest one is not the nicest. With how much I spend, you’d think they’d be a little nicer in general. 2 guys in the greenhouse are great but the overall service is pathetic & quality is often terrible & have to fight just to get a refund on flowers for poor quality
