I've been to Cauley's twice this year, and both times I've been given beautiful arrangements. The recipients were both very happy and complimented the flowers. Fresh, colorful, and neatly arranged. I will always keep them in mind for future flowers!
Horrible customer service, my job is looking for a place to partner with for frequent arrangements, when I entered the establishment I got side eyes and eye rolls rather than being greeted while I was walking around and somebody entered they said hello to them .. I'm mixed so I do have darker skin it definitely gave racist.. made me feel horrible.. j even mentioned how I felt about not being greeted and they laughed at me .. very sad
I walked into Cauley’s and have never had to ask for floral arrangements; I was basically clueless. I was so stressed about planning services that I really just went in there and winged it with a few notes and vague reference pictures. I knew that I needed something extremely woodsy and I had a few colors in mind, but really nothing more than that. Ashley made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She took the time to ask several questions so that I could sort out my thoughts, and was genuinely invested in something so special to me and my family. I seriously could not have asked for an arrangement to represent my father that was more perfect than the one Cauley’s made for us. I am forever grateful for Ashley, as well as the team over there who put this all together, and I highly recommend their work!
I walked in to have a bouquet of flowers put together 4pm on a Friday. The man asked "you want one to take with you right now?" I replied Yes please. He said "all we have are those"... and pointed to a cooler where there were 3 premade bouquets. Two red christmas holiday-ish which I did not want. One white/green natural which I took. The cost was $39.99 the bouquet was ok. Not what I would have picked if someone made it for me but I was in a hurry. I was going to pay $60-$80 so I guess it was my win. Will not make to order on walk in.
Awesome prices for houseplants. Only $7 for a huge peperomia obtusifolia and $13 for a hanging basket of marantas. Good selection of pots and plant supplies (hanging baskets, potting mix, insecticide, gardening gloves, seeds, etc)
