BJ's Wholesale Club

Franklin BJ’s Store, with a larger selection of many items than the BJ’s of other areas. It's not usually that much busy either, even on Saturdays. Liked the store for fresh meat products and fresh fruits . Loved their bakery items. We can love their curbside pickup and their mobile app. Gas station is also convenient beside to this store with good prices for members. Waiting in line sometimes can take a while.Self checkout is good.

I am usually able to find everything I need at this Bellingham Massachusetts BJ's. I have noticed,however, that they moved the hard liquor up front and the beverages that families drink are now in the back and sort of hard to locate. Since I'm not a drinker it has made it a little less user-friendly for me. I now have to go all the way through the store to the back corner just to get juice and drinks for my family. In my personal opinion, it is sort of a poor representation of what the store feels is most important. In my opinion, alcohol is not the most important beverage in the store. Granted it sells a lot, but it is not the most important beverage in the store.

There's an employee working here, an Indian woman at the service counter that just helped me renew my membership. I've never smelt such potent and pungent body odor in my life. I've been away from the store for 5 minutes and it's still in my nasal cavity, making me sick. Certain hygiene practices should be required to work in the public domain

Tire inflation machine deflated my tires and made me lose an hour of my life I’ll never get back. No one cares about the status of the “free air” machine at the station. Clearly needs repairs and have had gas pumps spill due to lock mechanism failed. Took me an hour to refill air to 33, when bjs machine moved psi from 29 to 22 a dangerous level… lucky I had my own inflator and a working one with sensor. Was stuck from 545-7 doing this thanks to the bjs “perk” of free air. Would love to see management response about wasting my valuable time. Missed out on dog and gym time.

Someone needs to address the lack of common sense at this store. I had to wait for someone "old enough" to sell me a non alcoholic margarita mix. Then that person had the unbelievable ignorance to actually ask for an ID to buy something I could have bought at any grocery store without an ID. It is literally lime juice and sugar. If this is actually store policy then something needs to change!
