I’ve always loved the employees and this store. I used to live local but now I drive out of my way because of the outstanding customer service.They let me down hardcore, I am truly disappointed and won’t be coming out of my way anymore. I called to ask about a stock of an item, they said they had one left and would hold it for me. I told them I would be there in 20 minutes, 18 minutes later when I showed up they told me they were sorry they sold it. That the employee was not supposed to “hold” it. Okay so now I just drove 30 minutes out of my way to waste gas!? You should honor your word, A. You could have called me back via caller ID, or B. You could have informed the employee we don’t do that but still honored your word this time. I am speechless and won’t be coming back. Saddened I have to even write this review.
I have always received great service at Ace Hardware in Hanson. The staff is helpful and personable especially the man with the white pony tail. I think he is the manager.
I went in there today for assistance. They walked me through each tool needed and actually fixed the issue right then and there with said tools. Forever thankful for my guys at Hanson Ace!!!
I got a nice pair of working gloves and I flashlight/worklight. The total came to about $50 and the quality of the products seems superb. The customer service at this location is outstanding, everyone here is very helpful. Thank you very much for the friendly service and the wonderful products.
