Edith's Flowers

My husband and I ordered a sympathy arrangement for our nephews funeral service just recently. I asked to have some specific changes to the flower arrangement and also expressed how important this was to us. We ordered the Lavender Reflections standing arrangement. The woman I spoke to assured me that they would take of it and they did! If I could have taken a picture of it I would have if the circumstances we different.....It was absolutely beautiful and the changes that I requested were spot on! I can't thank Edith's Flowers enough. They did an amazing job!!!

Ordered a special arrangement, the large one of its size. What was delivered to my wife for her birthday was anything but what I ordered, leaving over a $30 value of flowers out of the arrangement. Flowers also didn’t even last a week, all died within 5 days. Will never spend my money at this floral shop again.

Went to Edith's flowers to get my daughter's Corsage and Boutonniere for her Junior prom this past weekend. I called 4 days before the prom and they had no problem filling the order. The only issue I had was that when picking up the order, somehow they had forgotten to make the Boutonniere even though it was on the slip. But they had no problem making one up on the spot and they both came out beautifully. I can understand they were most likely very busy with all the prom flower orders. Would definitely use them again!

I made a HUGE mistake and wrote “street” instead of “avenue” on a flower order with Edith’s this week (6/26/24) for my sister who has been my rock during my cancer treatment. Needless to say, my sister never received the flowers. I called and spoke to the woman at Edith’s Flowers, and she was terribly apologetic, and understood my mistake. I reassured her, It was my fault, my error, but she insisted on making things right - and sent my sister a beautiful arrangement to make up for my mistake!! It is wonderful to know that there are still small businesses in our community who stand behind their commitment to being great at what they do, and take the time to understand human error. She didn’t have to be so kind, but she was, & because of this, we will always use Edith’s Flowers for our family occasions. Thank you so-much for your kindness!! I received some beautiful flowers about a month ago. I think it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received. I’m not sure what they cost because I was the recipient, but I can promise you we were worth the money!!
