Awesome store! I got a new two piece suit here that fit perfectly! Great color, fit, and quality at a decent price! They had a lot c of selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but not pushy! Nothing makes me leave a store faster than a pushy salesperson! If you need good dress clothes, shop here! The store and fitting rooms were clean and kept up. No issues at all!

Went on Black Friday and was humbly surprised by the surplus of employees. Just walking around the store, especially during the holiday season, never disappoints. Wide variety of merchandise to choose from.

Very nice people works there, she was very friendly and professional. They didn't have the product that I was looking for, but she took the time to go on her computer and find out which Macy's location had.

Great experience in lingerie. Ms Elida was so helpful finding exactly what I needed. She was very kind, non- judgemental, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for great service!

I wish I could give less then 1 star With all the competition out there you would think customer service support would be easy. 50 minutes and 2 calls later , I have FINALLY cancelled my account with them! I had a basic question about my statement. The person I spoke to seemed to have a language barrier. I asked her the same question 5 times, and she just couldn’t answer it. She said “let me place you on a 1-2 minute hold. 8 minutes later I hung up and had to start all over again. Getting through to an actual person is numerous prompts away. The second representative was slightly better. But took her 3 tries to get my zip code correct, which is scary since the send me a statement every month with no issues, only when I’m trying to leave this company. The best for last. The representative said, “you know if you close your account you can’t get another one” my reply was. “Well that’s a relief!” Never again doing business with them.
