This is a great store. I just shopped there for the first time and loved the place. Great holiday decorations, something for anyone, and some real nice comfortable clothing as well. It's well balanced in items for men, women, and children. Looking forward to returning.
Perfect place to buy a custom Graduation gift! Staff was so helpful and friendly even tho it was closing time—rare for Cape cod! They even Suggested custom engraving the mug which was the perfect extra touch we were looking for. Offered words and symbols. We are Delighted with the end result and Abbie’s get-it-perfect approach. Walked in skeptical and Left highly impressed. All the staff was great
I usually love coming into the Paper Store but when I went in today, the staff (specifically the manager, Emily) was making me extremely uncomfortable as I was simply browsing. Giving me dirty looks, attitude, following me and my friend around, and just overall giving us an awful experience. We will not be returning.
While the new store is beautiful and you can find absolutely anything you might need, the greeting card section has been reduced. Selection is lacking. Now, I need to go to several stores to find all of the cards I need.
I was in the other night with a young teen friend who was looking for fidget toys. We thought they closed at 9:00 and arrived about 5 minutes until closing at 8:00. It was a cold and rainy night and I'm sure the salespeople were ready to go home. They were friendly, welcoming, showed her all around, never rushed her, and were patient when her apple pay was a little short while we figured it out. We both appreciated their kindness. The new store is beautiful!
