Big Y

Every time we go to Massachusetts the Ludlow Road Big Y is our favourite for many reasons. It’s always clean, organised and well stocked. There was not a single item that was out of place! The staff are wonderful and it shows that they take great pride in their workplace. The Bakery is amazing and the baked goods they have are always fresh. Their Italian bread is exceptional and paired perfectly with the vegetable soup I made. Fruit and vegetables are fresh and vibrant. They also have a huge selection of fresh fish with no pungent odours! And to top it all off a pharmacy for any medical needs.

A great grocery store with an impressive selection of fresh produce, meats, and specialty products. Big Y consistently delivers a pleasant and well-organized shopping experience. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A reliable and enjoyable supermarket that stands out among regional grocery chains. Highly recommend for everyday shopping needs.

The floor is nasty with dirt and salt all throughout Ludlow Big Y and leaving the floor cleaning machine out when customers are in the store during business hours unattended.

I like shopping at this big Y in Ludlow mass the only complaint that’s why I gave it. Two stars is every time you go to the deli there’s one person working it’s a gentleman and he won’t say I’ll be right with you and he’ll be working on something and they’ll be three people in line and he makes you wait. I wish I got his name cause I feel it’s unprofessional other than that, I would give this big y 5 stars

Very nice the nicest big y I’ve been to every employees greets you and smile at you compared to the surrounding big y nearby I have been to wilbraham big y too not bad as well I have been to Cooley street they are nice as well compared to fresh acres seem like everyone is angry working there with negative attitude wish everyone would just smile more !
