Great experience. I ordered 2 bouquets. One was delivered looking spectacular but the other got frost bitten in transit. They followed up immediately and sent a beautiful replacement. Very responsive and clearly a business that is focusing on customer service. Another great reason to shop local .
Sympathy arrangement looked beautiful in the photo. Recipient loved it, particularly the cardinal theme as a symbol of her recently deceased brother being spiritually close by. Arrangement a little pricey, but I was spoiled decades by having a best friend as a florist (who recommended Salvy)so assuming price comparable to other good florists on the northshore. Service prompt and professional. Would definitely use their services again.
