hiYesterday, Friday, I went to the Whole Foods in Lynfield, MA, intending to buy a cheese pizza special for $12. It was 8:05 PM, and the store manager happened to be at the pizza counter. I told her I wanted a cheese pizza from the special offer, and she said she couldn't give it to me because the pizzeria was already closed. They had whole cheese pizzas there, and supposedly they couldn't give them to me, even though there wasn't a sign saying that whole pizzas were sold until 8:00 PM. I felt very indignant and offended by the manager's attitude and poor customer service. She could have given me the whole cheese pizza, but she refused to help me. I told her to put up a sign saying the pizzeria closes at 8:00 PM. That night shift manager needs to improve her customer service skills. Thank you.
I had a great experience at the Whole Foods in Lynnfield. The store was extremely well organized and fully stocked with everything I needed even down to dog food, which was a huge plus. Despite how busy it was with everyone preparing for the storm, the store was running smoothly and didn’t feel chaotic at all. I especially want to give a shout-out to Rebecca, who was absolutely on point. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without hesitation. Customer service like that really stands out, especially on a hectic day. Overall, the experience was excellent, and this location has definitely earned my business moving forward. I’ll be shopping here regularly
It is a great store. I was trying to get my bread sliced (they have a self service slicer)the instructions said use the tongs... there were none. When i asked for help was told "nope we don't have tongs. Use the paper" where is it, oh down there. I don't like senior abuse. I like Market Basket better.
Whole Foods is great. I trust what I buy there. It's definitely the best grocery chain around here. The Lynnfield store feels a bit smaller than other WF stores though and the parking lot is a bit tight with small parking spaces. It's part of an outdoor mall location which is convenient but it can get really busy and the entire mall parking lot is very annoying. If you are in a hurry, it's not the mall to visit. This WF store is good but always very busy.
It is really nice and clean place. Service is perfect and there is a lot of healthy and organic food.
