I have ordered all my rain science grow bags for my rain gutter grow system from NEH. Shipping has been amazingly fast. As I live in New England, I receive flat rate shipping for only $5! I have purchased a few other items from NEH through the years with no problems. Great company to deal with. I would recommend them as a supplier.
Bryan (as well as the rest of the staff) were top tier in both their knowledge and patience with me as a brand new customer trying to get started in growing. All of my needs were satisfied. They carry everything from entry level to pro level in a very clean and organized storefront. Anything they don’t have, they can get in pretty quickly. This place and it's employees are nothing but outstanding. I also must mention one employee in particular who went above and beyond for me, Noah. I was checking out the site for some Buildasoil supplies and was having some issues checking out. Shot over an email and Noah got back to me quickly. I had let a little time go by and when I went to purchase, one of the items had sold out by then. So I replied back and asked about an estimated restock timeline and was told he would have some inventory pulled that another location didn't grab. He did just that and had my order shipped out so quick. I can't speak more highly about Noah and the service he provided. He alone will bring me back for future purchases.
Great online sales experience. I was searching for the Superoot Airpots, which I found challenging to find in the US. They had the size I wanted at a competitive price. They ship to Hawaii - huge plus, and for a reasonable price - extra huge plus! Tracking process was awesome, too. Shipment came in less than a week, which is quick for Hawaii. Tracking process was helpful, too.
I've ordered online from NE Hydro several times and the shipping times are very quick; often faster than Amazon Prime. Great customer service as well, both through email and phone calls. If I were closer I would love to shop in their storefronts!
