The staff at this store are extremely irresponsible and completely indifferent toward customers. I selected a pair of shoes and waited almost 2 hours for a salesperson to come and assist me so I could make a purchase. No one showed up. When I asked for help, I was told to contact Customer Service. I went to the Customer Service desk as well — there was no one there either. After that, I contacted online support through the website. The support agent simply sent me a phone number and told me to contact another employee. Despite waiting for two hours, not a single staff member came to help me. I was not the only one waiting — several other customers were also standing around, clearly frustrated. Later, I contacted online support again and asked whether, since I could not buy the product in-store, I could purchase it online and pick it up immediately from the store. The support agent provided no practical help at all, only useless and generic responses. After wasting two hours of my time, I left the store without being able to buy anything. This experience was more than enough to teach me a lesson: going to a store where such irresponsible employees work is nothing but a waste of time. As a final step, I contacted online support again and told them I wanted to submit a formal complaint to management. The support agent sent me a “special link” to file a complaint. However, when I opened the link, it only showed a 404 – Page Not Found error. When I informed the agent, they tried to blame my browser. That explanation is unacceptable — I have over 8 years of experience in IT and I am a professional software developer. I know very well when I am being misled. At that point, I completely lost interest in this store. I am a visitor in the United States and recently arrived here. This was my first time visiting this store, and unfortunately, it left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I will not return and cannot recommend this store to anyone.

Favorite Macys because of staff member Carol going above and beyond helping me figure out solutions to some garments that I loved but didn't know what to pair them with. Wonderful eye for design and amazing customer service! Thank you Carol!

The store is what you would expect of a Macy's. The sizes and stock was lacking. I went in for a Christmas dinner outfit and was underwhelmed with the selection. Evertime I found something there was much available in sizes I wear. Shoe's department looked like a Kohl's shoe department. It looked like the just threw out what they had in the back, random sizes and mostly open boxes everywhere. I was able to find a dress and cute boots for the party (day of). While pulling the dress on I felt some weight on it. Once fully dressed I saw it, the security tagged right. I was in a panick, I didn't have time to run around for this. Once there I explained to the register lady what was going on and that I do have time to take the whole dress of. She called a manager that took almost 10 more mins. to get to me. I don't understand how I could walk in and out of that store with a security tag in my bag. Issue was resolved and I made it on time to set up for the dinner.

Went here Thursday, July 11th ,2024, with my family. I haven't been at this location in some time. My mom was looking for a specific thing and didn't get what she wanted. I came arcoss this awesome find in The Backstage section in the Men's Department and got a beautiful slik long sleeve " fancy " dressy shirt for a great price. My cashier Karan was very polite and very helpful. She helped me sign up for a Star Reward membership. The only disadvantage to this store is that numerous price scanners.We're not working that one fitting room was out of order. And the one fitting room I used smelt weird somewhat like a musty smell, and the carpet had a lot spots on it. They had a lot of empty space in some sections and not enough in others. But it was nice to go somewhere different than the usual stores I usually go to .

“I was shocked when I received this product! There was no protective seal or packaging. For a hygienic product, this is absolutely unacceptable. I have no way of knowing if the product has been opened before, and I cannot use it with confidence. I will not tolerate this irresponsibility. I paid a lot of money for this product, and it’s extremely disappointing to receive it in such a careless manner. Here’s the condition of the product I received! (PHOTO ATTACHED) I’m really curious to know why it was sent this way. Please provide an explanation and a solution!”
