I ordered a flower arrangement as a thank you gift for my daughter-in-law. It was stunning and exactly what I wanted. And it was delivered on time.
I had never ordered flowers from Hawes but as I looked at their excellent reviews I decided to have them create a centerpiece for my Mum's 80th birthday party. Melissa, one of the owners, was so helpful and listened to what I was looking for and then designed a masterpiece that had to fit a large square table that seats 16. Excellent customer service The shop is closed on Sunday but she met me at 9am so I could.pick up the centerpiece. I would highly recommend Hawes to create your floral arrangements
My wife was on the East Coast on business, and I wanted to send her some flowers. I originally went through AVAS Flowers, and although their representative promised me every day they would get the flowers delivered, three days went by and my wife had no flowers. I canceled my order, and found Hawes Florist. A very pleasant sounding woman answer the phone, and I explained to her my situation, detailing what I was looking for. Within three hours, they had delivered a magnificent bouquet to my wife. I had a wonderful experience, and I will absolutely be ordering from them when she is back on the East Coast. Update: a month and a half later, ordering more flowers for my lovely wife. They not only had all my information on file, but remember talking to me a month before! Great customer service, friendly staff, a business I would easily support again. If you’re looking for a florist who cares, and will put love into your bouquet, this is the place to go.
The most beautiful bouquet of flowers has just arrived to my sister's classroom! I highly recommend Hawes florist!! They were wonderful to work with, understood our price point, designed a fabulous bouquet, and then made a careful and timely delivery! Superb customer service including getting a text of the bouquet ahead of time. This will be the only florist I use in the area moving forward! Thank you Hawes!!!!
