I just drove from work to pickup an order. I checked closing time online before I left for Kohls, it shows 10:00 pm closing time, the sign on the door also shows 10:00pm closing time. When I arrived about 9:10pm the employees were locking the doors. They said Kohl's was closed. I pointed out the signs on the doors shows 10:00pm closing time, the employee said, " I'm sorry we're closing" What a waste of my time, Kohl's employees show no pride in the job they were hired to do. I'll try to spend my money somewhere else before choosing Kohl's again.
I had such a great experience at Sephora inside Kohl’s in Medford, MA. I went in looking for beauty products and Lori, the Beauty Advisor, truly went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right products for me — not just making a sale. She took her time explaining everything and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Sephora needs more people like Lori who are willing to genuinely help customers and make them feel confident in their purchases. I will absolutely be back because of her outstanding service!
I went in to buy my mother a moisturizer and Lori was incredibly helpful. She gave me great recommendations and made the whole process easy. My mother loved the products she picked out! I’ll definitely be back to shop with Lori again.
I'm baffled why this Kohl's isn't much busier. It's always spotless and clean, well laid out and stocked, and their recent pre-Black Friday deals were very good. The staff is always efficient and helpful, even with a lost receipt, and it's a nice location next to other popular stores. Anyway, i just wanted to give them a little praise, because i feel like they offer a lot, but seem to not get the appreciation.
The young man Brian in the back at the Amazon returns is just wonderful. He’s very efficient, moved the line quickly , and gets everything right. He even went as far as calling amazon support for an elderly women who didn’t know how to. I’ve seen him do this multiple times. Just an overall good customer service.
