Sorry, I have never left a negative review for anyone but I ordered a sympathy flower arrangement for my sister in law’s Dad 2 days prior to the service based on a website picture and was so very disappointed and embarrassed when I showed up at the wake to see these. When I called they basically could do nothing. They offered to go get the arrangement. Too late at that point. Very poor customer service. This was far from $150 arrangement in my opinion. $171.00 with delivery. Won’t go back there again ever.
