When I send flowers on special occasions I always call Methuen Flowers. The arrangements are so colorful, creative and artistic. The owner utilizes a wide variety of flowers making the arrangements look absolutely stunning. The customer service is impeccable as well. I recommended Methuen Flowers to my neighbor and now she will only order from this company! The owner and her team never disappoints!
I placed an order using the standard form on the website but was hoping to add sunflowers since that is my friend’s favorite flower. I made note of that in the order but also called a little bit after placing the order to see it that would be possible. The woman I spoke to said they were able to add sunflowers. I commented that I was thankful they were able to accommodate my request and the woman said “I think of each order as if I was sending it to my mother. I want each order to be perfect”. My friend sent me a picture of the final arrangement she received and it was beyond gorgeous. I appreciated the care and attention that went into this order!
The arrangement was gorgeous and very similar looking to the photo online. The recipient loved it! The same-day delivery was quick and no issues whatsoever, even this close to Valentine's day! Very happy to have selected this company for sending sympathy flowers to a friend, would recommend!
I called on Monday, the day of the blizzard. Since I was unable to get a flight back east, it was very important to me to be sure flowers arrived on time. The lady I talked to was so nice and helpful. She assured me they would be delivered the next day, and they were. I don't live locally, but if I did, they would be my go to florist.

Maria used a copy of the invitation, asked about my daughter’s eventual bridal bouquet to be sure she captured the right colors and her favorite flowers, and then delivered, with care, some absolutely spectacular, creative, and perfect arrangements for each spot. Her mix of florals and textures was outstanding! She was a joy to work with and will definitely be using her again and again!
