I used Reynold’s for my wedding in August. From the moment I called a few months prior they were so friendly and accommodating. I sent only a few pictures, had zero clue on any flower names and they brought my vision to life ! When they delivered my flowers I was speechless… absolutely beautiful job… would highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing!! Called today around 1:30 to see if they could accommodate a quick autumn arrangement on the spot and they went above and beyond! From the time I called to order from when I picked it up was maybe 15-20 mins and they made my boss’s day. Yesterday was Boss’s Day so we wanted to get her something special and Reynolds Flowers exceeded all expectations, thank you again!
Ordered a bouquet for my daughter and it’s absolutely stunning. Asked for same day delivery as well as swapping the vase for a wrapped bouquet. The accommodation was met with no hassle, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Communicated with me about a certain flower being unavailable so they would have to substitute it. From the moment I walked in the door until the end they were so kind at Reynolds. Such a sweet shop with wonderful gift options. But I was there to order flowers for a more somber affair. They were so kind listening to me describe who my Dad was as they guided me through deciding on the perfect arrangements for his funeral. And on the day I arrived at the funeral home I found the most perfect arrangements. So personal they really listened to what things reminded me of my Dad. And how I wanted live plants so i could repot them for each of the Grand kids. They even found orange lilies and irises in late December because that is what brings me back to my parents yard. Such an amazing experience, Thank you so much!!
Reynold’s saved my wedding day. I planned my wedding in two weeks time due to a sick loved one. I walked in to Reynold’s beautiful gift shop and explained my situation. I was not only met with such kind customer service and understanding, but they produced the exact vision I have always wanted for my wedding in a very very short amount of time. I am so thankful and they made my bouquet truly beautiful. They also made a lovely mantle piece and centerpieces for the tables. Thank you!!!
