Target

I was actually excited not only about the prices in grocery section but the fresh fruit until I got to the register and there was one employee who was monitoring 18 self check out stations??? I had a full carriage of groceries? The employee said I had to do it myself so after scanning and bagging 197.00$ worth of groceries I decided that it wasn’t right to shop , scan items and bag? I decided to go to big y which has cheaper prices and u only have to pay while another human scans and bags! Since I’ve gone to big y there’s always someone who says hi and everyone is positive or offers help if I can’t find an item

What a joke. Fun to shop until it's checkout time. Waited in line for 10 plus minutes only for the cashier #1 with her light on, that disappeared then came back, takes a couple just walking up. Clearly knew what she was doing. Interesting that my companion was of African descent. Doesn't seem like an oversight. Disgusting 🫣

I just wanna disclaim that the team never deserves a five star. I went here on Tuesday and this employee Nathan, I asked him so many questions about many different things and he was the best help I’ve gotten at this location in a while. Then I overheard him talking to a friend that had walked in he told them that he just got let go. If he’s getting let go I could name 10 other employees or more that should go with him. I’m not sure what he did before but for what I know he has great customer skills. I even told him that I would write this and he said he really appreciates it.

This is hands down the worst target I’ve been too. Aisles are a mess and in some cases impossible to walk down. Shelves aren’t stocked and are a mess. There is product all over the floor and nothing is organized. I would have given this target a 1 star review but the gentleman at checkout was super nice. He gave both of our kids stickers, made sure to make note of which toy they wanted to hold and promptly gave them back without us asking, and was overall super nice.

I signed up for Target Circle to take advantage of the delivery option. I placed my order earlier today. It was supposed to arrive between 5:00 and 6:00. They kept delaying it every hour for another hour until it was finally canceled after 10 pm. I never got anything I ordered nor did I get an apology or any acknowledgement from Target. Not worth the 10.99 a month because my simple grocery delivery was never even shipped for , forget about delivered. It’s now too late to place an order somewhere else.
