Stop & Shop

I was passing through Natick and decided to stop here for a few things, and I’m glad I did. The store was clean, easy to navigate, and had everything I was looking for. The produce looked fresh, and the shelves were well-stocked. I was especially impressed by how friendly the cashier was- they made the checkout quick and pleasant. Even though it was just a quick visit, it left a great impression.

Very clean and well organized. Fresh produce and good selection of goods. Only self checkout but the norm these days. Prices just ok.

Jan2023: 4⭐: I could recommend this location and this work crew. I stopped by this location as a result of searching for a nearby grocery store. This store location is set off the roadway at an intersection that was a bit confusing to get into the area and also to depart the area as well. Yes, I realized that it was better to use the traffic light to depart the area. The location has plenty of handicap parking spaces available at the front area of the store. The parking lot is spacious and sufficient for traveling vehicles to safely get into the lot, park, and depart safely without taking out small buildings... LoL The store was pretty good for a grocery store. The shelves were fully stocked with products and not empty as seen in some grocery stores. The color pop when entering the front was great as it is supposed to be and very pretty. It appears clean when I went this day. I didn't interact with any personnel on this visit.

Super convenient location but quality control isn’t very good. I’ve purchased many wilted veggies and stale bakery items from this location but this is by far the worst and my final straw. As I began to process my new “freshly” purchased red cabbage (I already couldn’t buy several other ingredients due to either looking poorly or being unavailable) I noticed a weird coloration and as I peeled and cut back layers it got worse and worse. It’s unfortunate and I despise leaving reviews generally, especially poor ones, but this time was too far for me. It’s completely unusable and smells terrible yet it sat front and center at the store. Just sad because again, highly convenient location. Just wish they cared more about their “fresh” foods. I hope the right person sees this and cares to make a change honestly.

For a non "Super" store, this location is all that many of us need. Prepared food is good, fruits and vegetables are fresh. The checkout get long, including self check, more times than not, but parking is usually easy and the store not overfilled. It is shoppers that make a frustrating experience at times in terms of entitlement and having no ability to see beyond their own chaos leading to many near misses and some direct carriage hits. Staff are friendly.
