"The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the picture. They do not guarantee the flowers as pictured and they will not do anything if you aren't satisfied." Your response to this feedback was defensive rather than receptive. The intention here was not to be vitriolic. I mentioned in our email exchange that the recipient was happy with the arrangement however, I was disappointed that beautiful orange and crimson colors in the picture online were not present in the arrangement that was received. I am used to the substitution of flowers from other vendors, but the substitution of flowers and colors was unexpected. I wish you the best!
We hired Crimson Petal for our wedding last weekend and they exceeded our expectations!! I first came across them because I received a beautiful bouquet from them as a promotion gift from my boss. Her flower arrangements were absolutely stunning and lasted SO long. I knew after research we wanted to have them be our florist for our wedding. Lee was SO easy to work with and helped cover all the bases for florals. Everything came out absolutely stunning and it’s now been a week and our flowers are still looking STUNNING!! Highly highly recommend for events and wedding!
Working with Lee was one of the most joyful parts of our wedding planning process! Sweet and kind while maintaining a library’s worth of knowledge about flower types, costs, colors, vases, etc, Lee was the perfect guide for two relative amateurs on the wedding planning scene. We knew that flowers were an important feature of our wedding day, so choosing the right florist was imperative. She started by understanding what color schemes and favorite flowers would best express us, our families, and our backgrounds. In addition, she made a concerted effort to adhere to the budget we discussed early on. She advised us on more cost efficient flowers at times when we could have easily talked ourselves into exceeding our budget. Once the day arrived, her team ensured that the flowers arrived on time to both our wedding and reception venues. They were beyond breathtaking! We received a variety of compliments from our guests, and we elected to preserve our flowers so we could continue to enjoy them in perpetuity. We have continued to work with Lee when ordering gifts and personal flowers. We have recommended Crimson Petal to several other friends who are getting married and look forward to seeing more of Lee and her team’s beautiful creations in the years to come!

I decided to try and use The Crimson Petal because my mother-in-law had sent us some flowers and I was very impressed with them. I wanted to send some thank you flowers to my wife and did an online order. The owner responded via email to my online order which made me happy to know she was aware of my requests. It's not every flower shop where the owner acknowledges your order and special requests personally! The flowers arrived on time. More importantly my wife thinks they are beautiful. The arrangements are vibrant and the size fits with my expectations of the premium flowers that I upgraded to. I will definitely use The Crimson Petal again.
