Great place to get an awesome collection of all I dia foods and produce . Fresh as they are from local providers. I come here repetitively.

Nice place to shop. No headaches, easy to navigate, a helpful staff. It is known for their Indian food but one can go for any kind of produce. Easy parking, very clean and reasonable prices

I had a disappointing experience at checkout. The female cashier did not make eye contact with me, nor did she push the groceries forward so I could pack them into my box. I asked her simple question about fresh rotis, she said " do not know" very rudely with no eye contact and As someone wearing a hijab, the lack of acknowledgment felt dismissive and uncomfortable. On the other hand, when the male supervisor came over, he greeted me warmly, answered my questions, helped me with my groceries and assisted with genuine courtesy. His professionalism and kindness stood out in contrast and made the situation much better. I hope the store takes note of this difference in customer service—every shopper deserves to be treated with respect and attentiveness.

The biggest Indian grocery store I’ve seen in Massachusetts so far, with plenty of alternative options to choose from. The staff arranging the aisles are very helpful and kind, though the cashier lady wasn’t quite as welcoming.

This is a medium size Patel Brothers. We have been going to it for almost 5 years now. Mostly sub-Indian continent items, and mostly perishables and some non-perishables including puja items. Also has good collection of fresh produce/vegetables, sweets and dairy. The customer service is excellent. They have recently added a fast food restaurant inside only take-out; located in inside at the back of store. We haven't tried all items on their menu but the ones we tried very quite good to very good (relatively within driveable distance locally).
