I can’t believe they had the carriage for autistic kids outside full of snow. Those should be inside not in the freezing cold. There’s plenty of space to put them inside not being a snow collector with chunks of ice on the belt very upsetting
I shop at this Walmart Supercenter in North Dartmouth quite often and it’s usually a solid experience. The store is very large and well stocked, so I can find everything I need in one stop — groceries, household items, electronics, and more. Prices are very reasonable, which is a big plus. The store is generally clean and organized, though it can get pretty busy, especially on weekends. Checkout lines can be a bit long at peak times, but self-checkout helps. Staff interactions have been mostly friendly and helpful, even when the store is crowded. Overall, this is a reliable Walmart that I’d recommend for everyday shopping.
A big store, pretty stocked up and the staff are very helpful. I recently discount this place does not let you pay by tap (digital cards) - but it does allow Walmart Pay! I also learnt you could scan the QR code as you shop on the app and pay the total at a checkout counter and walk out - what a timesaver especially on long queue days.
I don’t normally write reviews or really care much, I wasn’t sure how to write a review for specifically the IN STORE subway but if you’re enjoying your day shopping and decide on getting subway here DONT. The lady rushed us the entire time, she was yelling saying next as we were asking for certain things on our sandwich, rushing my mother while she was simply trying to pay. I don’t care if you are having a bad day that doesn’t give you a right to ruin someone else’s. I myself work customer service and WOULDN’T, WHETHER OR NOT my day is going bad, treat ANYONE this way while they’re simply ordering food, like do your job right or don’t do it at all. Safe to say we will be sticking with the grocery shopping part of Walmart.
I had a really unpleasant experience at the checkout today. The cash-out/self-checkout light was green, so I went there thinking it was available. A Walmart employee—a Spanish woman with red hair—approached me and immediately gave me a lot of attitude instead of calmly explaining that I wasn’t supposed to be there. This was an honest mistake, and I had no way of knowing I wasn’t allowed in that area. There was no reason for her to be rude or disrespectful over something so simple. Customer service should involve clear communication and basic respect, not attitude. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated.
