We had a lovely experience using Nuttelman’s for our wedding flowers! Mary was really patient and provided personalized service for us during our consultation, and she was very flexible with the order after we made our initial selections. They were able to come up with a beautiful and creative arrangement to affix to our arch backdrop! Mary was even willing to come outside their typical range to deliver to our venue and set up the flowers on the day of the wedding.
While I do like my bouquet and the selection was small but pretty, I will say the front desk was fairly cold. I don’t know much about flowers but wanted to design my own bouquet for my mom. My questions were met with very short answers and I was given zero direction. I felt awkward and annoying….which didn’t feel so wonderful as I’m a paying customer. Looking at my bouquet now, and what I paid, I’m thinking I’ll hit up Big Y next time which makes me sad because I love to support small business.
