BJ's Wholesale Club

I arrived today at this store sometime around 7:50pm. Trying to get some last-minute Thanksgiving food and miscellaneous items, so as soon as I arrived, I noticed a guy talking on the radio. Remember I haven't even stepped inside the store. So I go inside right away I go to the service desk to make sure my account is good, which Genevieve confirmed. So I started looking around for a few items keep in mind I'm minding my own business, I started to notice that almost all staff were giving me some weird vibes, almost everywhere I turned I would see one of their staff member making me feel uncomfortable, so when I got to the salads session. I noticed a guy without a cart and no items just looking, so I asked him a question regarding a deal. I noticed she had a Security vest or jacket on. So I asked Who do you work for doing security; his reply was I'm a security guard for BJ's. I was stunned so my ultimate reaction was to tell him to stay away from me and if he comes or follows me around one more time that I will call my lawyers for intimidation & for ruining a member's shopping experience. I moved to avoid him. From there the staff kept acting a bit strange. I was. only able to buy like 6 items. Due to the extreme measures regarding my visit. So when I went to pay I used the service desk Genevieve checked me out. As I was grabbing the items she made a remark in a way Did you already pay or will you pay for the salads. I said well that's why I'm handing them to you so I can pay for them. That was another red flag. 🔺🏁 I informed her that this will be the last time I shop there due to their treatment and how bad my shopping experience had been. I actually went as far as loading my items into the car, I turned around and went back inside, and tried to cancel it on the spot. But couldn't I have contacted customer service due to me not being the primary account holder, Which is fine I'd rather not. Based on this experience I never want to visit this particular store nor become part of the BJ's wholesale club. 🤔 I'm getting me out of the account ASAP.

I had the most pleasant experience while in the Northborough BJ's. I was being waited on by Berenice R at the customer service desk. She was unbelievable helpful, kind and had a good sense of humor which I appreciated!!! Kudos to you Berenice

I visited Bjs on Saturday December 20th, I was with my parents. My dad is handicap, there was 4 handicap scooters available. However none of these were working. Lets call this scooter graveyard., when we asked the employee for assistance, all he could say was its been busy and I've emailed management. During these busy times of the year these scooters should be adequately maintained abd available for handicap members if they value them.

I had one of the worst experiences with the Pick-Up at BJ’s service. My order was delayed for hours, and even after waiting, no one gave me any proper update or apology. The staff seemed unorganized and uninterested in helping customers. I’ve used pick-up services from other stores without any issues, but this one was completely disappointing. If you value your time, avoid ordering pick-up from BJ’s

Joined BJs recently and purchased gas, the price was competitive. However, the prices for yoghurt and lettuce weren’t (as compared to Stop and Shop). It’s so easy to compare prices using each store’s app. Everybody should try it.
