If you look them up on the BBB they also get 1 star! My husband sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s literally the busiest day for flowers however, I must say this is the worst arrangement I’ve ever gotten. To start, the note wasn’t written right. There were supposed to be chocolates, they were not included. The flowers were not in the best shape, wilted, dying and literally looked like they were just thrown into the vase! I give them maybe 2 days before most of them are dead. My husband isn’t one to complain but, I’m sure this wasn’t cheap and it makes me sad that he didn’t get what he paid for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
Sorry, but when I received the VASE which WAS MUCH TOO SMALL to contain too many roses and other flowers, I immediately knew this beautiful bouquet would not last long ! Common sense ! = 2 days indeed ! But when I called " A Bella Mia Flowers" in Norwood, not only I was told their warranty was one day ONLY, and, then abruptly, anged up on me, which it not very professional.. I am also so sorry for my daughter who, most probably, spent a lot of money.
You should be ashamed of yourselves and should not be in business. I understand that the arrangement is not going to look exactly like the picture online however, I do expect that the flowers are not starting to turn brown and are not wilted. And I do expect that the flowers that are in the name of the arrangement to actually be in the flower arrangement that is delivered. This arrangement online has organs in the name of the arrangement and states that there are orchids in it. The arrangement that was delivered did not have a single orchid in it at all. The majority of this arrangement was not made with fresh flowers, most were turning brown and wilting. I could’ve got this arrangement of flowers at Trader Joe’s for $50 and it would’ve looked 10 times better. Writing this review because response via phone. This order was place via FTD because I was unfamiliar with the area.
Just want to note that we sent a floral arrangement to a funeral totaling $100. The flowers did appear fresh but my gosh I was incredibly disappointed with the size of the bouquet. I was told that with delivery the arrangement would be a $75 one. First, they were already driving the less than five miles to deliver flowers for many other arrangements to this funeral home, and also I requested flowers that were in season. Given all of the above, the next time there is a funeral in town I will call Pick N Save, have an arrangement made and deliver it myself the prior day. SO DISAPPOINTED!
One star is one too many. The bouquet we received from your shop is a disgrace. These flowers are long even past their decline. Any halfway reputable florist would have put these on the compost at best weeks ago.Wilted Sunflowers, brown spotted spray roses. Disrespectful of the buyer who paid a hefty sum and the recipient as well. Shame on you.
