Remind me of the old days before online shopping. It was actually a pleasure to shop around the store. I had a very long ride to this location and it was at night. The parking lot is huge and there are many other stores to ship as well! Go have some fun And get your steps in too! 😊
The worst customer service at all in that store!!! I would never ever shop again there . My husband bought a baby clothing for 36 $ and we want to return it but we didn't have the receipt or the bare code for the item but we do have the card that he paid with . A woman claiming that she is the manager was not helpful at all she said even if we found it in the card I won't take it back we asked if she could at least exchange it for us or give us a credit score she said there's nothing we can do about it even though I know that they do that all the time to help customers if the product is never worn or u have a proof of purchase ( card) what was annoying the most is her attitude she didn't even try or cared she just cuts us off and that's it!!! It was our first return ever from the store and u dont have to be rude and give a bad customer service for 36 $ it's nothing...so chill. And the first girl she was talking with us at least she was nice and tried so thanks dear for being modest and nice . Not like the " manager " 😒
Only went in to check out prices and what they have. Pricing with 70% off is a gimmick if the product is still 20 to 30 bucks after the 70% off. Prices in these type of stores like Macy's and JCPenny is still high middle class or middle middle class pricing. The display looks good, but products might be questionable on quality and reputation wise.
Stay far, far away from their jewelry department. I brought my ring in for a cleaning months ago, and they sent it out. No resize requested. We get it back, I wear it for a week, then realize there’s this black spot on the back of the band. Upon further inspection my ring had been cut and poorly soldered back together - the ends didn’t even match up! We brought it back to the store and they were like wow that’s weird we’ve never seen that happen before and they say we need to send it back out AGAIN for repair. So we do, and it takes another month to get it back. The estimated return date comes and goes. I call the store a few days after the return date and I was on hold for 30 mins and hung up on. I call back 2 days later and finally get to speak to a man in the jewelry dept who took me seriously and promised to look into where my ring was. A few more days go by and finally we get a call last night that the ring is ready for pickup. We show up today and it turns out that the ring was not repaired because the store NEVER ANSWERED AN EMAIL from the technician asking for more information about the claim. The lady said well we can send it out again I said no way why would we trust your store to continue to help us when you have proved we cannot trust you with an item so precious to us. We have taken the ring back and started a claim directly with Asurion. An unbelievably frustrating experience with this store and company. Never did I imagine one of my most prized possessions being treated with such disrespect.
Products and stock are awesome but will never spend another dollar there after my experience today. Made a purchase and walked out with my wife, on the way out the overly packed brown bag ripped when I asked for a new bag or maybe 2 the employee was extremely rude and declined saying they can’t just give out bags. I began to explain and she then cut me off stating if I made a purchase I need to bring my stuff back in and they will rebag it for me. I don’t care what the policy or reasoning is the employee spoke to me in a manner that no human should ever use with another. Completely disgusting and horrific customer service, 0\10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
