These Christmas trees aren’t cheap!!!! They get ya though with the few cider and the $25 off if ya spend a billion dollars on a Christmas tree. Staff was friendly and helpful but cmon mannnnn $198 for a 7fpot tree after discount, kinda steep if ya ask me. If the prices had been marked I might have gone somewhere cheaper.
Went to get a lilac bush and they had three types and in great shape. Have used for delivering playground mulch for church as well. Good prices and staffed pretty well most times. Right off Lowell and US Rt 1
In today’s upside down, glitch-in-the-matrix world this Review is well deserved and all because I got awful Customer Service. Yep. You read right. 2 days ago I called first thing in the morning before 9AM to buy some firewood for delivery. The lady who was manning their phone was so all-business robotic and unkind I thought winter came early! I simply asked her to please not be short with me and be kind because I had to think about what date I wanted the delivery. She told me not to LECTURE her. Being called out for bad behavior nowadays is already an offense to these kind of people. I hung up and went straight to their website’s Contact Us form while the incident was still fresh in my mind. After sending my letter and emails I proceeded with life and ordered my firewood someplace else. The following day a gentleman named Chris from Corporate called me and properly, professionally, abundantly apologized. I was nearly in shock. Hardly anybody responds to corporate complaints anymore much less take it seriously. This company clearly cares about their customers. Uhmm.. you know.. those people who make a business keep opening each morning of the week. The irony right? So for taking my situation to heart and showing me that there’s still hope in this crazy world they get 5 shiny stars. I’m definitely going back.
This is the second year we've ordered half a cord of seasoned firewood from Northeast Nursery Garden Center. Peter, who took our order, was very helpful. David, who delivered our order, was incredibly careful about where to drop it, minding both our neighbor's garden level windows and the power lines above our driveway, and got it in the perfect spot. He even had pro level Skee-Ball aim when he got one last piece of wood down from way up on the bed.
Beautiful selection even off season. People were very nice as well.
