The store is very clean and always full I didn't see any bare shelves it was great. On my way out I stopped at Starbucks a lady took my order she was very pleasant and thoughtful I asked how much cream they put in the coffee with a smile and no bother at all she showed me it was great I'm picky about how much cream goes in my coffee. Then I ordered a Danish the technique she did putting it in the oven to warm it was very fresh her hands didn't touch the product only the utensil and paper I was impressed. I asked her name it was Karen. I really appreciate the customer care service she gave me.
Purchased meat without checking the expiration date. When I went to use it the next day, it had gone bad. I brought it back to customer service with my receipt, and they not only refunded me but doubled my money back. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Thank you, Stop & Shop! I always enjoy shopping here.
Long way to go with lowering prices to get customers back. I only use this store as a convenient store for quick in and out. Don’t like their pre packaged vegetables . Market Basket prices are so much better but long lines at the registers. Guess why…
Good selection. Good price. Love the scan and go thing. Makes it so easy to get in and out.
It is mostly clean and they do offer weekly deals, which I love, but the prices are still very high
